PATIENT SAFETY PROTOCOLS

At Costa Adeje Dental Center we always give priority to the safety of both our patients and our team. That is why we want to inform you that your visit to our dental clinic will continue to be as safe and reliable as it has always been.

We have expanded our investment in materials and have also adopted new protocols that we consider essential to guarantee the safety of all our facilities, our team and, above all, our patients.

However, safety does not depend exclusively on us but on all the parties involved, which is why, with regard to the patient, there will be safety protocols to be respected:

Prior appointment:

Before coming to the clinic it is essential that you book an appointment.

Punctuality:

Arrive on time (not before either, to avoid unnecessary waiting or meeting other patients).

Come alone:

It is preferable to come alone (unless you are a minor or a person in need of help).

Free hands:

Avoid as far as possible accessories such as bracelets, earrings, large bags, rings, etc…

Safety distance:

Maintain the distance of 2 meters. All types of printed magazines or newsletters have been removed.

Disinfectant:

Please use the hydroalcoholic hand gel on arrival and departure from the dental clinic (you will find it on the door).

Safety signs:

Follow the safety distance signs on the reception floor (1.5 metres to the counter).

Toilets:

Our toilets are equipped with taps, soap dispensers and automatic hand dryers (activated when hands are placed underneath). Do not use the sink to brush your teeth. Notify us after using the sink to proceed with the disinfection protocol.

We ask for maximum involvement to keep everyone’s health in perfect condition.
